This Privacy Policy explains how IN-HOUSE (ABN 52 760 611 411), a sole trader trading as “in-house.global” (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information collected through this website (the “Site”) and in the course of providing our services (see our Terms of Service for what these cover).

We are a small business. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), small businesses with an annual turnover of $3 million or less are generally exempt from the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We currently fall within this exemption. Regardless, we have chosen to voluntarily handle your personal information in line with the spirit of the APPs, as set out below.

1. Personal Information We Collect

• Contact details you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you submit through a contact or enquiry form on the Site.

• Usage data collected automatically when you visit the Site, via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, including your IP address (which may be shortened or anonymised by these tools), browser and device type, pages visited, referral source, and general engagement with the Site.

• Where you engage us for a service, information needed to deliver it — such as billing and payment details, project files and content you provide us, and communications relating to your engagement.

2. How We Collect It

We collect information directly from you when you fill out a form or otherwise contact us, and automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see clause 4) when you browse the Site.

We use the personal information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide the information you’ve requested;

• Deliver a service you’ve engaged us for;

• Understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it;
