Initially scoped as imagery only, the project expanded into a full rebrand and creative overhaul. The task required building a visual identity that matched the venue’s high-end dining experience, while also creating practical marketing assets to drive customer engagement. Clear communication with venue manager Ash Till was essential to ensure the new direction worked for both immediate promotions and long-term brand positioning.
In-House collaborated closely with Ash and the venue team to shape a new creative direction. This included establishing a consistent design language, producing fresh imagery, and creating offers to incentivize customers. The process also provided a framework the venue could rely on for ongoing advertising and revenue generation.
