The project took place on a live solar farm site in northern Victoria under hot conditions. Filming had to be carried out without interfering with work, while meeting strict safety requirements. Multiple vendors required tailored media coverage, and clear communication with site personnel was essential to keep the production coordinated. A further consideration was ensuring that all imagery reinforced the project’s safety guidelines.

In-House coordinated closely with the ACLE team and on-site vendors to establish clear communication channels before and during the shoot. Safety protocols were followed at all times, and coverage was planned to meet each vendor’s needs without disrupting operations. By reviewing and adapting on site, we ensured the imagery reflected both the scale of the project and the importance of safe working practices.

The ACLE team praised the media delivery, noting its quality and accuracy in telling the story of the solar farm. The final assets created a compelling narrative of safety and inclusion on site, earning direct recognition from the ACLE Services CEO and strengthening the brand’s communications around the project.
