With only 24 hours’ notice, we were brought into a fast-moving restaurant reset being transformed for Logitech’s F1 Ignition Beach event. The live environment, multiple crews on-site, and compressed timeline meant every shot needed to be captured quickly without disrupting the build.

We created a streamlined on-site workflow that allowed photo and video capture to move in sync with the venue transformation. By reviewing selects in real time and staying closely aligned with the Logitech team, we delivered a larger asset library than originally scoped at no additional cost.

The campaign assets were delivered ahead of expectations, giving the Logitech team more content options than planned and greater flexibility across event marketing. The speed, efficiency, and final output led to immediate client satisfaction and ongoing confidence in future event collaborations.
