In-House produced a drone fly-through of Kingpin's $13 million Collins Street venue, delivered in 4K and HD across three aspect ratios for web, social and internal rollout.

Kingpin approached In-House directly ahead of the venue's January 2026 opening, off the back of a previous working relationship with the brand's entertainment team, and brought us on as an approved supplier to parent group TEEG. The build is a $13 million, 3,500sqm floor carrying the widest spread of activities in the Kingpin network, from bowling and 90+ arcade games to a batting cage, indoor lawn bowls and Supercharged Shuffle. The brief was to read that scale in one clean pass, then break it into callouts and separate verticals the marketing team could distribute on their own terms. Filming sat inside a live venue, which meant working around trading hours and building an edit that had to hold every offering without flattening into a list.
We ran the shoot across two early-morning calls at 260 Collins Street in March 2026, coordinated with the venue's facilities team so the floor was clean, powered and clear before doors. The fly-through was planned as one continuous read, sequencing the route so each zone landed in the order a guest would meet it rather than the order it was easiest to fly. In the edit we cut a master and pulled individual verticals from the same footage, with callouts across Studio Karaoke, Bowling, Table Tennis, the Batting Cage, Darts, Pool, Supercharged Shuffle, HotShots Shooting Gallery and the Trophy Room.
Final delivery ran to 4K and HD masters across 1:1, 16:9 and 9:16, each with music and no-music versions, giving Kingpin assets for the website, social and internal rollout from a single production. The social cut drew direct praise from the TEEG marketing team, and the fly-through landed as a clean expression of what Kingpin had set out to build on Collins Street.
